智慧智能照明系統之國內照明節電設備的現狀與發展!

根據(ju)我國(guo)電(dian)(dian)力主管部門的(de)(de)(de)統計,目前我國(guo)全國(guo)電(dian)(dian)能(neng)損耗超過3000億kWh,約占發電(dian)(dian)量的(de)(de)(de)30%,智慧智能(neng)照明(ming)系統相(xiang)當(dang)于10個中等用電(dian)(dian)量省的(de)(de)(de)用電(dian)(dian)總和。在(zai)所有電(dian)(dian)能(neng)損耗中,照明(ming)用電(dian)(dian)損耗是不可(ke)忽(hu)視的(de)(de)(de)重要組成部分(fen)。隨著“綠(lv)色(se)照明(ming)工(gong)程”的(de)(de)(de)推(tui)進,照明(ming)節能(neng)設備與產品更是受(shou)到人們的(de)(de)(de)重點關注。 

照(zhao)明(ming)節電設備的(de)意(yi)義(yi) 

當(dang)前,供電(dian)(dian)企(qi)業為了避免在長距離電(dian)(dian)力傳輸(shu)(shu)過程中出現(xian)(xian)較大的(de)線路損耗,通常(chang)會以(yi)較高(gao)的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)進行電(dian)(dian)力傳輸(shu)(shu),力求在電(dian)(dian)力終端(duan),也就是用戶端(duan)的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)為標(biao)準(zhun)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。但實際情況是,供電(dian)(dian)企(qi)業在供電(dian)(dian)段抬高(gao)輸(shu)(shu)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),經用戶端(duan)電(dian)(dian)源變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)后(hou),往往會出現(xian)(xian)用戶側電(dian)(dian)源端(duan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)比標(biao)準(zhun)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)的(de)情況。 

另一方面(mian),我(wo)國(guo)地緣遼闊,輸(shu)變電(dian)(dian)傳輸(shu)質量很難保(bao)證統一,用戶(hu)端(duan)電(dian)(dian)壓存在因地域和(he)時(shi)間(jian)的不同(tong)而不同(tong)的情況(kuang),當然,此處所(suo)說的用戶(hu)端(duan)電(dian)(dian)壓不同(tong)是(shi)指在標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)電(dian)(dian)壓附近,或高或低(di),總(zong)體而言還是(shi)接近標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)電(dian)(dian)壓的。智慧智能照(zhao)明(ming)系統照(zhao)明(ming)燈(deng)具生產廠家為(wei)了使(shi)產品(pin)在不同(tong)地區、不同(tong)用戶(hu)端(duan)實際電(dian)(dian)壓下仍能正(zheng)常啟(qi)動和(he)照(zhao)明(ming),在設計時(shi)往往將照(zhao)明(ming)燈(deng)具的設計電(dian)(dian)壓設置為(wei)低(di)于標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)相(xiang)電(dian)(dian)壓(220V)。 

根(gen)據電工(gong)基本原理(li),P=U2/R,在電阻值R不變的(de)(de)情況下(xia),照(zhao)明(ming)燈(deng)具的(de)(de)工(gong)作電壓U越(yue)高(gao),所消耗的(de)(de)功率P也就越(yue)大(da)。由此可見,以上兩個方面造成的(de)(de)結(jie)果(guo)是,照(zhao)明(ming)燈(deng)具的(de)(de)實際工(gong)作電壓經常偏(pian)高(gao),自身的(de)(de)使用(yong)壽命(ming)會(hui)(hui)縮短,同時(shi)還會(hui)(hui)使用(yong)戶的(de)(de)電費開支增大(da)。 

基于以上(shang)分析,可(ke)以得出使(shi)用照(zhao)明(ming)節(jie)(jie)電(dian)設備的(de)意義在于,對供電(dian)系統的(de)輸入電(dian)壓進行(xing)優化,進而輸出穩定適(shi)宜的(de)電(dian)壓給照(zhao)明(ming)燈(deng)具,使(shi)照(zhao)明(ming)燈(deng)具所(suo)消耗的(de)功率降低。采(cai)用照(zhao)明(ming)節(jie)(jie)電(dian)設備后(hou),可(ke)以達到三大目的(de):其一,保證照(zhao)明(ming)標準;其二,合理節(jie)(jie)省電(dian)費(fei)開支;其三,延(yan)長照(zhao)明(ming)燈(deng)具使(shi)用壽命。 

照明節(jie)電設備的(de)現狀與發展 

目前,國內廠家(jia)所設計生產(chan)并投入廣泛實用的照(zhao)明節(jie)(jie)電(dian)(dian)設備主要還(huan)是(shi)(shi)(shi)依靠技(ji)術(shu)引(yin)進(jin)(jin),如博爾智能照(zhao)明節(jie)(jie)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)引(yin)進(jin)(jin)的是(shi)(shi)(shi)美國照(zhao)明節(jie)(jie)能電(dian)(dian)源技(ji)術(shu)及核心部件(jian)[,萊特智能節(jie)(jie)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)引(yin)進(jin)(jin)的是(shi)(shi)(shi)澳大(da)利(li)亞依萊特公(gong)司產(chan)品技(ji)術(shu),而(er)太能低壓配(pei)電(dian)(dian)節(jie)(jie)電(dian)(dian)柜引(yin)進(jin)(jin)的則是(shi)(shi)(shi)日本專(zhuan)利(li)技(ji)術(shu)。 

另一方面,國內對先進照明(ming)節電(dian)設備的(de)(de)自(zi)主(zhu)(zhu)研發(fa)則主(zhu)(zhu)要(yao)還停留(liu)在研究和仿真應用階段。當然,國內自(zi)主(zhu)(zhu)研發(fa)的(de)(de)照明(ming)節電(dian)設備也(ye)有已經投入應用且取得良好效(xiao)果的(de)(de),由上海潘(pan)登(deng)新電(dian)源(yuan)有限(xian)公司(si)生產的(de)(de)照明(ming)穩(wen)壓節電(dian)柜便是其(qi)中的(de)(de)典(dian)型(xing)。 

照明穩壓(ya)節(jie)電柜的技術 

照明(ming)(ming)穩壓節電(dian)柜根據用(yong)戶電(dian)網電(dian)壓的(de)(de)波動情況、照明(ming)(ming)燈(deng)(deng)具(ju)(ju)的(de)(de)負載性質,對燈(deng)(deng)具(ju)(ju)進行(xing)智能(neng)穩壓供電(dian),即實時給燈(deng)(deng)具(ju)(ju)提(ti)供一個既穩定又能(neng)節電(dian),還不會影(ying)響照明(ming)(ming)效果的(de)(de)供電(dian)電(dian)壓。用(yong)戶可(ke)以(yi)(yi)根據客觀條件和(he)(he)需求,自行(xing)設(she)置(zhi)節電(dian)柜的(de)(de)輸(shu)出電(dian)壓,智慧(hui)智能(neng)照明(ming)(ming)系統并對照明(ming)(ming)燈(deng)(deng)具(ju)(ju)的(de)(de)運行(xing)時間(jian)和(he)(he)供電(dian)方(fang)式進行(xing)編程,以(yi)(yi)最大限(xian)度降低照明(ming)(ming)燈(deng)(deng)具(ju)(ju)的(de)(de)用(yong)電(dian)損耗。 

在運行中(zhong),如果出(chu)現(xian)輸出(chu)過電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓、欠電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓,或補償調壓系統工(gong)作異常時,照(zhao)(zhao)明(ming)穩壓節(jie)電(dian)(dian)(dian)柜能夠自動切換(huan)到(dao)旁路狀(zhuang)態,轉到(dao)市電(dian)(dian)(dian)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian),避免對照(zhao)(zhao)明(ming)燈(deng)具造成(cheng)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)中(zhong)斷的情況。 

除(chu)上述(shu)技(ji)術特點(dian)外(wai),照(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)明(ming)穩(wen)壓(ya)節(jie)(jie)電(dian)(dian)(dian)柜還有三大技(ji)術亮點(dian)——提高(gao)(gao)功(gong)率(lv)因(yin)(yin)數(shu)、消除(chu)浪涌(yong)諧波和(he)高(gao)(gao)防(fang)(fang)護等級。通過對照(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)明(ming)穩(wen)壓(ya)節(jie)(jie)電(dian)(dian)(dian)柜加(jia)裝電(dian)(dian)(dian)容器來改善功(gong)率(lv)因(yin)(yin)數(shu),功(gong)率(lv)因(yin)(yin)數(shu)改善后,照(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)明(ming)線路中(zhong)總電(dian)(dian)(dian)流降(jiang)低,溫度降(jiang)低,燈具(ju)及(ji)附屬設備(bei)的(de)(de)使用(yong)壽命(ming)可(ke)大大延長。照(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)明(ming)穩(wen)壓(ya)節(jie)(jie)電(dian)(dian)(dian)柜采用(yong)浪涌(yong)抑制元件和(he)多重(zhong)濾(lv)波器技(ji)術,可(ke)以有效抑制電(dian)(dian)(dian)網中(zhong)的(de)(de)浪涌(yong)瞬(shun)變,濾(lv)除(chu)高(gao)(gao)頻雜波,提高(gao)(gao)照(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)明(ming)燈具(ju)的(de)(de)運行效率(lv),并延長照(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)明(ming)燈具(ju)的(de)(de)使用(yong)壽命(ming)。戶外(wai)型照(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)明(ming)穩(wen)壓(ya)節(jie)(jie)電(dian)(dian)(dian)柜的(de)(de)外(wai)殼防(fang)(fang)護等級達到了IP54,可(ke)以為用(yong)戶提供較(jiao)高(gao)(gao)的(de)(de)防(fang)(fang)塵、防(fang)(fang)水(shui)性(xing)能(neng)……
